Shipping & Returns
Most items are made to order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 days from the order date. If you need the items sooner than this please send us an email and we will do our very best to accommodate this for you. Where applicable the customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may occur.
Please note that we are working on a 3-5 day delivery window.
If you wish to return an item please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Goods must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pay for the returns to be shipped back and until they are received back in perfect condition it is the customers responsibility. We therefore suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.
Please note that we do not accepts returns on: personalised objects, made to order pieces, earrings and gift cards.
All of our products are handmade often using fragile materials and are therefore of a delicate nature. Should there be any damage to the items in your order when it arrives please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to replace this as quickly as possible.
