SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 20 days from the order date. If you need your order to be delivered sooner than this, please send us an email and we will do our very best to accommodate this for you. Where applicable the customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may occur. Please note that we are working on a 1-3 day delivery window from dispatch.

RETURNS

All our products are hand made to order, and as such we do not accept returns or refunds.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All our products are handmade often using fragile materials and are therefore of a delicate nature. Should there be any damage to the items in your order please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to replace this as quickly as possible.

We must be notified within 7 days from the delivery date. For any further questions regarding our return policy, please contact us via mail.
